Be extremely careful while adding new rules (especially if you are adding a blocking rule). Before creating a custom rule, be sure that it does not block access to any system object. Such a rule can cause processes hang-up or even a system freeze. The number of registry keys and other system objects that can cause this kind of behavior is very large. Add custom rule if you are certainly sure that it is really required!
